If there were a social media hall of fame, I have no doubt Tamar Weinberg would be a first ballot ‘hall of famer’. Her resume is as long as career criminal’s wrap sheet and her contributions to the search marketing community are unparalleled. Among her many achievements and accomplishments, is her ‘Pursuit of Perfection’ on the social site we all love — Sphinn.

Tamar is in the mist of her own perfect season
, much like that of the New England Patriots. Granted her submission rate is bit lower than some other well known Sphinners, but perfection is perfection and I think at this point she has enough submissions to get her on the ‘Pursuit of Perfection’ ballot!

Much like other great streaks, of the past, the question is will this streak ever end?

How long will this unprecedented achievement continue?

Let me know what you think?

Looks like it is that time of year where main stream companies try to develop viral social campaigns to get you to buy more. I think Starbucks did it last year.

This year OfficeMax introduced “Elf Yourself” - where you can take a photo of a person and crop their face into a dancing elf.

Its pretty fun, but will it make me buy product from OfficeMax? I don’t think so. It does help with brand awareness.

I do have one suggestion for the OfficeMax team. MAKE THE DAMN ELF EMBEDDABLE so bloggers can place it on their website or even myspace / facebook profiles.

I took a screencast of what my Zombie Elf looked like. I also could not capture the audio so remixed it up!

I finally got a Facebook account.

I like better than myspace because it is a little more grown up and music does not start playing every time you visit someones profile.
    facebook logo
I like it better than LinkedIn because it is more laid back.

I find it as a happy median.

So please if you don’t have a Facebook account get one and if you already have one request to be my friend.
