Google New Layout .. DO you like?

I am just not to sure about Google’s new layout. It seems very macish 2.0 feeling. Bright colors and drop shadow.

I guess it is just odd for me to see good web design from Google.

Do you like it?

Google Suggest - I Finally Made It!

This morning I was doing some vanity searches for my brand and name when I noticed I finally made Google suggest!

Now this is not that big of deal, but I found it funny that it only took about 5 years to happen! Now why did it happen? I have people been searching my brand more or my name? Possibly. Hell it could just have been triggered by my own vanity searches.

On a interesting note, “Steve Peron” did not show up in suggested. I mean legally I go by Stephen and not Steve.

Thanks Google for recognizing me! Wait … Google now knows about me .. they will be lerking in the shadows .. all my websites will drop in rankings … o no! (j/k) I think it is time to bust out the tin foil hats!

Google Street View Car Sighting!

Last Friday I was on my way home from work driving on the I-5 Southbound and I saw a Google Street View Car.

At first I was bit shocked and excited to get this close to something owned by Google. (What Google is the all mighty and mysterious in my line of work) Quickly I did the smartest thing I could think of! I whipped out my shitty Motorola Q and started taking pictures at 65 MPH.
