I wanted to let people know that there is still hope out there for good customer service. I am sure we have all had bad experiences with customer services in some way some how.

After I saw that video and my recent experience with a crappy 24hourfitness (not link worthy) customer service (I canceled my membership 6 months ago and they were still charging me … If you really want to know the whole story ask me I do not want to start ranting!) I lost all hope.
Well today I saw some shinning light when called Networksoultions (Link worthy!) to ask a few questions regarding the domain transfer policies. It took less than a minute for the customer service rep named “Doug” to pick up the phone. He was very friendly, educated, and polite. I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes with all my questions answered!
